If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give me at least a 48 hour notice. If you cancel within 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service before you can reschedule. I am a very understanding person and i know things come up! I know emergencies happen, just communicate with me and we will see what we can do! Please just keep in mind with scheduling and canceling last minute, keeps me from getting my income that i am planning on, and clients that were wanting to get in could've filled your spot but it was held for you and you couldn't make it. Hope that makes sense and gives you an idea from my side!
